Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to charge a late fee or suspend work until payment is made in full.

4. Project Scheduling and Completion

Scheduling: Project start dates are subject to availability and weather conditions. We will work closely with the Client to schedule a mutually agreeable time for the project to begin.Completion: We strive to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, factors such as weather, material availability, or changes requested by the Client may affect the completion date. We will communicate any delays and adjust the timeline accordingly.

5. Client Responsibilities

Access: The Client is responsible for providing access to the property for the duration of the project, including access to water, electricity, and any areas needing painting.Preparation: The Client should remove personal items, decorations, and fragile objects from the work area before the start of the project. While we take care to protect surfaces, Alex Paints is not responsible for damage to items left in the workspace.Final Inspection: Upon completion, the Client is responsible for inspecting the work. Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of project completion.

6. Changes to Scope of Work

If the Client requests changes or additions to the scope of work after the project has begun, a written agreement will be made to reflect the additional cost and extended timeline. No changes will be made without the Client’s approval.

7. Warranties

Workmanship Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our work. Alex Paints provides a [insert warranty duration, e.g., one-year] warranty on workmanship. The Client or Alex Paints may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. If services are terminated by the Client before project completion, the Client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination, as well as any costs for materials already purchased.

10. Use of the Website

Content: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Alex Paints.
